Review:

I read “Still Me” as part of my chronic disease/disability report thing in the second year and thought it was pretty good so have put it on here.

In his book, Christopher Reeve (the guy that was Superman in the films) tells the tale of how he fell from his horse and broke his neck, paralysing him in the process. The story is of his inspirational efforts to try to overcome his illness and how he and his family try to come to terms with it. I’d definitely recommend this book to anyone, even if you’ve already done second year and so don’t have to read it.
